The vacuum heat test is a test to verify the performance and function of a spacecraft and its components under a vacuum environment and a specified temperature condition.With the rapid development of Chinese space industry,the research of various types of spacecraft is increasing.As one of the important special environmental tests,the vacuum heat test is an indispensable part in the research process of the spacecraft.It is of great significance for the inspection of spacecraft manufacturing processes and the early failure of spacecraft equipment.To build a reliable and efficient aerospace vacuum thermal test management system,the purpose is to improve the quality of vacuum heat test,shorten the test cycle,save and reduce the test costs,and support for the smooth development of spacecraft research.In order to further enhance the safety,reliability,and ease of use of the entire test process,this paper focuses on the analysis of the functional requirements of the spacecraft vacuum heat test management system at the present stage.With modularization,standardization,and integration as the design principles,combining with software engineering,the design and development process specification firstly decomposes the technical process of the vacuum heat test and extracts relevant functional requirements.These functions include basic information management,test task management,and data analysis and processing.The overall design of the system adopts the B/S framework,which is divided into multiple levels,including: data resource layer,business logic layer and user interface layer;specific functional modules are divided into: test task management module,test input management module,test data management Module,test form management module,test resource management module,test personnel management module,and test knowledge base.This system has provided a flexible digital environment for the test personnel to implement standardized management of various types of test tasks,as well as integrated management of test resources and forms,and established a knowledge base to allow testing of relevant data for all engineering technologies shared by personnel,effectively enhancing the support effect of vacuum heat test on the development of aerospace products.Finally,according to the software test specification,the system was comprehensively tested.The test results prove that the system has good robustness,expansibility and maintainability,friendly user interface,and strong operability,realizing the experimental resources and test process management that can not be achieved manually,and will greatly improve the space vacuum heat test management.Work efficiency has a certain engineering practice value.
