| Along with the computer widely applied to various domains of national economics and national construction, people put forward more strict requirements for software's reliability and safety. Software test has become a critical process to ensure the software quality and reduce the risk of software projects. And the core mission of this process is strictly test cases and feedback test result under the management of effective test cases management system. In view of the defects in the management of test cases of the software testing process, it's urgent to create a management system of software test cases to coordinate and analyze the process of input, execution and results.The author combines the investigation and study of the testing process and system of other enterprises in the same industry, in accordance with the practical application and working experience on the original test cases management system from the internship experience in Sony Ericsson and the author's. The paper introduces a brand-new cross-platform J2EE technical framework and business model, and finally designs and realizes software test cases management system based on J2EE according to the demands of the testing process and system summarized from the investigation and study. This system contains the login module, soft requirements module, test cases library module, test resources allocation modules, test cases execution module, problem processing of test cases execution modules, statistical analysis of test results module. Using this system can achieve the whole management of software test, track the testing process, standardize testing procedures and method and create the intimate relationship among administrators, developers and testers. It will submit problem reports quickly when something is wrong with the test cases and track, update the problem when the problem report status varies, realizing the defect management. Also it will analyze the test results in detail after the testing, enabling the users to master the comprehensive test status and make the successive test scheme. |
