Design And Implementation Of Court Office Management System Based On Petri Net

At present,more and more documents are handled by the courts at all levels,and the amount of information and data is becoming more and more large.The traditional court office system,which does not combine with the existing process of processing the court business,is difficult to meet the actual needs of the office.At the same time,the current office system is easy to die when dealing with a large number of data,and the data transfer is not smooth during the process of information transmission,task transfer and document circulation.Therefore,using Petri net technology to create an office system combined with workflow technology is imperative.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the existing workflow modeling technology is analyzed with the software engineering research method,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing workflow modeling technology are understood,and the shortcomings of the existing workflow modeling technology are put forward.This paper makes a complete description of the Petri network,thus modeling.(2)document circulation management of office system's receipt and issue through workflow model.The model is built on the principle of overlay tree,which solves the defects of previous models.(3)using Petri net theory to carry out quantitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the utilization rate,and optimize the resources of business office through cost constraint.The office management system in this paper can provide a good auxiliary role for the work of the court.It can centralize the management of information,analyze the data accurately,and change the traditional management mode.It not only improves the efficiency of the work but also reduces the error of manual processing,and promotes the development of the court.The system has now been put into trial operation,running well and achieving the expected design goals.
