Due to the complexity business, geographical dispersion of the process industry,resulting in different regions, different businesses generated large amounts of structureddata and unstructured graphics, documents and other data, which brought challenges tothe process industry for its integrated information management.Meanwhile RTDB (Real-time database) is the key to monitor the information ofthe process industry site, due to the RTDB stores vast amounts of data, and its datastorage is non-relational, this brought great inconvenience to the development ofindustrial management information system based on real-time database in dataacquisition and data processing, etc.In order to integrate the distributed heterogeneous data of the process industrial siteto the integrated MIS (Management Information System) of enterprise, a commonplatform for data management needs to be established, then data migration became thecore and difficulty of data collection and management.Taking this as the background,the establishment of a common data center as the main idea to develop a practical datamigration automated tool.The software architecture model of MVC (Model-View-Controller) has been usedin this paper,the description focused on the multi-database data types mapping, dataconversion rules, large data fields handling, data migration method, etc. during thedevelopment process. In the technical aspects, we used the definition and access ofmigration tasks, heterogeneous data conversion, functions dynamically loadingtechnology, channel middleware technology, migration quality control, etc. And thetiming conversion and migration to real-time data has been achieved by “buffer queue”technology, this became the guarantee to the access, mapping, processing, transmissionand migration of various heterogeneous data in industrial site. This article ultimately build a visual migration platform of data exchange and dataintegration for users, users can manage their own migration operation, the platform canbring great convenience to the development of process industry MIS, provides a greatsupport to the comprehensive analysis of industry data, also reduced the labor costs ofdata collection and management. Finally in this paper, through an example of industrial,illustrates that with the deepening of industrial data integration applications, datamigration system has become an important part of integrated information managementof the process industry.
