Internal Control And Compliance Information System Based On JavaEE

With the increasing of market competition,people have been aware that it is far from enough that companies only have good financial situation and operating performance,and the effectiveness of internal control and compliance is the basis of the steady development of enterprises.ZhangJiakou Mobile Company insists on work in corporation compliance and risk control,and comprehensively promotes the internal control and compliance risk construction.However,the lack of information systems technology greatly limits the development of internal control of ZhangJiakou Mobile.For this situation,developing an internal control and compliance information system has great significance,and it can improve the internal control and management of ZhangJiakou Mobile Company.This Paper researched on the internal control and compliance of ZhangJiakou Mobile Company,finished the implementation of Internal Control and Compliance Information System.With deep investigation and analysis on the current internal control management of ZhangJiakou Mobile and related technologies,the paper got illegal point management,check and rectification management,regulatoty management as the main functions of the system.The article describes the function requirement in detail,provides the technology architecture and physical architecture,and finished the concept database design and the logic database design based on Mysql.This paper provides workflow design based on roles and users,described the problems of the two different kinds of workflow,and used light weight methods of status and role,status and message to solve the problem.And this paper used SFTP protocol as the document transform protocol,provided a safety environment to regulatory management.This paper solved the key problems such as workflow and document management in the system,achieved the implementation of main function:illegal point management,check and rectification management,regulatory management.The system is constructed within the SSI framework,which includes Struts,Spring and iBatis.Internal Control and Compliance Information System has been used in Zhangjiakou Mobile,and good effect has been achieved in the process of application,which has achieved the expected goal.
