Research On Risk Management And Control Solution Within Enterprises Based On SAP Platform

Now there are many years after China have entered the WTO, many enterprises have made great improvement comparing with before. But, with the increase of these enterprises, especially the structure and the flexible of the process, the risk to these enterprises are rising too. In this occasions, Ministry of Finance,Audit Commission and some other departments jointly issued the basic norms of internal control which will be used to ensure the efficiency reliable and completeness of the enterprise management. To the enterprise itself, with the rapid development, just to use human beings to do the work of self-control is also not a good decision, so how to unite the internal control system to the enterprise ERP system and do the work of self-control is also a very different problem.SAP GRC (Governance risk and Compliance) is introduced in this kind of occasions which is based on the SAP's NetWeaver Enterprise Platform, and can integrate with SAP original product module. Based on different needs of different types of enterprises, the system will provide different control programs and build in internal control practice, which will help to facilitate seamless connectivity business, management and implementation cost savings.At first, do some introduction about SAP GRC system components, it generally have three major modules, risk management, access control and process control modules, and some other additional components which is used to help enterprise to manage automatic process control, application interface integration control, semi-automatic test control, control report, management responsibilities on the separation of control and security control systemThe paper firstly describe the origin and the development of the enterprise risk management, then based on the experience of my engineering exercise, use the SAP ERP system as an example to show the details of the analysis and design of the enterprise internal control.
