| In recent years, with the reform of the railway system of our country, the informationization has already become the main trend of current modernized development of railway transportation. Using the hi-tech information technology to set up information internet and realizing the automatic management of information, have already become a main method to improve the management and raise the efficiency to the railway. Among them, each locomotive depot in the railway system needs to meet development situation too, using the information system to improve the locomotive quality control of locomotive depot becomes a kind of necessity, in order to improve one's management level and competitive power constantly.Locomotive state-overhaul system is to make a scientific and effective management to each process. It requires the system to satisfy the real need in the state-overhaul. Firstly, it can make the system merge with the already existing workflow of locomotive depot, in order to simplify operations, raise efficiency, make systematic logic more successively and completely. Secondly, according to the real operation of locomotive depot, the new system can carry on rational and effective division of the systematic pattern, and meet operator's demands and habits. Then, the new system can take reports, analyze the data and print it out, which takes the responsibility of supervision of the whole process. Finally, as to the possible questions in the work it can make a prediction dynamically. Alls of these will help to make the management idea incorporate with the system and ultimately set up a scientific, modernized and easily operated management mode.Beginning with demand analysis, the system, in line with users' requests, dependability, expansibility, operating property and principle of raising efficiency, analyzes the whole procedure, in order to make effort to avoid artificial drawback and take effective way to manage the procedure of overhauling. In the system, I used the object-oriented developing method. The object-oriented programming philosophy and language, have offered a new thought and method for decision support system and model base system within the new situation. People can only concentrate on the overall concept of developing and summarizing all kinds of models, and do not needto be used in a lot of details of various special models too much, thus it can set up a stronger generality, smaller size of a model base with less time. Hence, it makes the application program much easier to maintain, upgrade.The whole system, In the fields of data memory and data processing based on the popular concept of data warehouse, makes a combination of the various kinds of front technology, such as database , network in the science and technology of the computer ,etc. and also the locomotive management system. Fully utilization of computer resources, setting up and unifying the high-efficient information network, collecting, transmitting, dealing with and feedback each management, production and administration information accurately in time, offer scientific measures of management and basis of decisions for overall management, production, completion of the technical indicator.On the system construction, I adopt the very ripe Client/Sever (C/S) software architecture. The application systems of this kind of structure are all installed on the client computer, the database is on the server of another place. In the application of 2-tiered system architecture, the task to deal with is undertaken by the client, the server is only as the communicating controller between application and database. On the treatment of code, I have used Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL), which has offered the facility for software developing. The code in DLL is loaded dynamically while running, so that it allows several different processes share the same DLL in the memory.At present, the state-overhaul system is already used in the south locomotive depot of Wuhan. It is in good condition and obtains the user's favorable comment.
