With the development of Internet and information technology,many enterprises and institutions begin to promote information construction,in order to improve work efficiency and reduce management costs.Coal industry in our city are widely involved in things related to the taxpayer and the tax,tax staff is numerous,the coal mining industry and coal transportation industry in the current process of complex,heavy workload,high degree of difficulty,the current city for the coal tax risk is not easy to identify,the lack of real-time monitoring of the taxpayer,resulting in the actual supervision efficiency is low,with little little.Faced with this situation,it is necessary to build a university informatization coal tax risk management system.The Local Taxation Bureau of Yulin city coal tax risk management in practice as the background of the project,according to the current situation of coal tax risk management at home and abroad and the related problems,combined with the technology of software development,design and implementation of the coal tax risk management system.This paper through on-the-spot investigation and Research on the current city coal tax risk management measures,the coal tax risk management needs as the starting point,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,effective design method of risk identification and response,adopts modular design,design and implement a coal tax risk management system.The system is based on B/S architecture model,using the MVC design pattern,the front-end using HTML+CSS+Java Script development language,the backstage database uses SQL Server 2008 database system,with the mature ASP.NET technology,can meet the demand of coal tax risk management system.It realizes real-time and secure data access and data interaction,and ensures the ease of operation and maintainability.The system uses object-oriented technology and modular programming,this paper mainly from the four main modules are described,the collection of basic data management module,management module,setting the value of early warning indicators of risk identification and response management module and query statistics module.The basic data acquisition management module includes generating a batch,batch task task issued batch management function and acquisition task allocation,adjustment,acquisition task acquisition task management function task entry and acquisition task changes;early warning indicators set the value management module includes early-warning value calculation function;risk identification should include risk identification and risk management and risk task task response function;query statistics module makes the related query statistics can choose corresponding condition of query statistics.In the process of system testing and trial operation,the system's functional integrity,performance advantages and security have been well verified.Firstly,in the aspect of function testing,function design of the system according to the specific needs of users,according to the risk identification of coal tax risk management system to deal with the process to test each function,each module can complete the required business logic in demand.Secondly,in the performance aspect,according to the performance requirements in the optimization,the system response speed is faster,the maximum concurrent capacity can meet the actual application requirements,and it has maintainability and scalability.In addition,in security,the use of login password invisible technology to ensure user authentication security.Finally,the system interface design is clear and friendly,concise style,complete functions,operability,good user experience.Coal tax risk management system designed in this paper has practical application value,given the information construction of the coal tax process management guidance,through the task allocation and adjustment,rational use of tax work in human resources,greatly improving the work efficiency.The taxpayers tax related indicators of financial indicators,comparative analysis,found problems to verify the information to the relevant departments issued a doubt,personnel,realize monitoring the industry tax indicators,strengthen the coal tax management.In this paper,the design and implementation of system functions at the same time,the related problems of the system are explored,in future work to improve and perfect the system from the following two aspects:(1)the system interface is relatively simple,beautiful degree needs to be improved,more friendly interface;(2)query statistics function the interface does not distinguish between good,easily lead to user confusion.
