Shougang Mining Corporation majors in mining,beneficiation,sintering and pelletizing.It has the advanced process and equipment,the production technology is at the first-class in China and the general strengths are in the top ranking of the field of metaullurgy and mine.In recent years,the corporate raised the catchword of digitization mine,explicated the digitization of technology as the important approach to improve the management level,which means with the use of informatization to promote the comprehensive upgrade of the process and quality management,so as to improve the corporate management level,and thus,the development of technology information platform has been established as one of the important projects in corporate.This article elaborates the process of the design and implemetnation of technology information platform system.This technology information platform has been piloted for many times before the official release and now it has been officially released for use and demonstrated the good performance.At first,we analyze the actual conditions of Shougang Mining Corporation,establish the systemic solutions and design the system overall architecture based on the character of technology information platform system as it covers each level leads and the professional staffs of each level factories&mines,and also has the enormous,complicated and dispersive production technology data.Secondly,we collect the data with Windows Service”mode,and then pre-treat and consolidate the data,optimize the data storage so as to increase the speed of system reaction;while apply the“information packing" mode for the data exchange between corporate and the next level factories&mines and thus ensure the information security and also realize the operation in different platforms.Thirdly,based on the detailed analysis on the business,we manage and consolidate the complicated technology management information,and then design and develop the main function modules of the system,covering the data indicator dashboard,quality early-warning,data analysis,current indicator and so on.And then with the design the logical mathematical model and arithmetic,and the application of interaction with the mode of Lingo software to quickly solve the nonlinear equations,we can realize the automatic ore proportioning in the production,improve the product quality and reduce the cost of ore blending as well.At last,we will address the process and function of this system,demonstrate the actual performance and test this system.So far this technology information platform system has been in use officially,and received good feedback on its performance.With the use of the this technology information platform system,each level factories&mines and professional departments can know well about the status of the technology management,and online monitor the process control parameter and real-time inquire the technology indicator performance.In a word,this system reduced the workload of the professional staffs,realized the consolidation and analysis on the production,technology and quality data in the factories&mines,improved the production management level and also reduced the production cost of the corporate.
