The Design Of Digital Transformation Plan For Xiamen Public Security Wireless Trunked Communication System

The wireless trunked communication system is a system that allows large volumes of wireless users to automatically share its small volumes of wireless channel from the professional mobile communication system,to be differentiated from a wireless value-added service of the public mobile communication system,based on its technical advantages such as low setup cost of network,large system scalability,and mobility of large area coverage,in the recent year it has become a vital part of the technical support approaches of the wireless direction dispatching in our Public Security Communications,it also has played important roles in preventing and defeating criminal activities,traffic controls,rescue,disaster recovery,major security activities and improving incident fast responding time.This article investigates the current situation and deficiency of Xiamen Public Security 350M wireless simulation trunked communication system,based on analyzing of the system technology development,system composition,system features and service conditions in wireless trunked communication,to design of an integrated digital trunked communication system which could be applied to the services such as 110 daily police contact,road traffic controls,provided security services the large events and key person.The content of this article includes the following major points:1.Reviewing the background and definition of digital transformation of wireless trunked communication system,introducing the mainstream standard and core technologies domestically and abroad and the current development of wireless cluster communication system in the public security industry;Using the current Xiamen Public Security 350M wireless simulation trunked communication system as the example,introducing the structure and functionality of simulation trunked communication system applications,making analysis and comparison of mainstream digital trunked communication technology,comparing the features of the public security industry simulation trunked technology and digital trunked technology.2.Combining the current situation and reform requirement of Xiamen public security wireless communication systems,based on our country public security administration system and management approach,proposing an overall design objectives of the digital transformation of the wireless trunked communication system,in order to solve simulation system problems such as the limitation in expansion,poor quality of original system calls,low efficiency in spectrum,weakness in anti-interference and so on,to meet the requirement of wireless communication command one to one,one to many communication methods,to provide diverse voice functions and various types of data services.3.From the implementation of designing digitization improvement scheme between the core network and wireless network of wireless trunked communication system,to research and analysis the feasibility of smooth transition approach for Xiamen public security program,to focus the overall system capacity and frequency distribution and other key points on the system overall planning,based on local conditions to assign the wireless network to different types of station sites,to fulfill the city and key areas' coverage requirements.
