Trunked communication plays an increasingly important role in the field of professional mobile communication such as railways,firefighting,and public security.However,with the rapid expansion of trunked communiation,the development of it has encountered bottlenecks such as low utilization of spectrum resources and poor business continuity.Congenitive radio technology can effectively improve the spectrum utilization of wireless system and ensure business continuity.Therefor,the intergration of trunked communication and cognitive radio has become an important research topic.This paper focuses on the resource scheduling and seamless handover of the large-scale UAV trunked cognitive communication,the main work of the dissertation includes the following aspects:First of all,the demand for and analysis of the wireless resource management of the large scale of UAVs'trunked cognitive communication are carried out.The mathematical model and envelope statistical characteristics of UAVs'wireless fading channel are analyzed.As for the resource scheduling and handover fuctions,we propose the performance requirements of multi-service requirements,adaptive coding and modulation,and high success rate.And analysis of each performance indicator detailly.Secondly,aming at the resource scheduling requirements of multi-service and large-bandwidth in the UAV trunked communication system,we use the resource block grouping scheduling algorithm as the downlink resource scheduling method.At the same time,we propose PPF(Pond Proportional Fair)algorithm based on the PF principle as the uplink resource scheduling method.The algorithm design principle and scheduling process are elaborated.And compared with the traditional trunked communication(PDT,etc.),the PPF has the characteristics of large bandwidth and high utilization of radio resources.Then,aiming at the handover demand and the special characteristics of the trunked communication private network,we propose an algorithm based on the baton handover method.After describe the principle of the baton handover method,the principle of the algorithm and the handover process of the trunked communiatonal handover method are elaborated.Compared with the trunked communication handover method and the baton handover method,the trunked communication handover method has the characteristics of more flexible control and low algorithm complexity.In the end,the simulation and tesing of the PPF algorithm and the handover method.By simulating and testing PPF algorithm,it is verified that the algorithm can meet the functions of multi-slot and discontinuous resource scheduling.By simulating and testing the handover method,it is verified that the method has a handover success rate higher than 99%and handover delay below 1s.This paper proposes a resource scheduling algorithm named PPF algorithm and a handover method of the trunked cognitive communication,which can provide a reference for the research of the large-scale UAVs' trunked cognitive communication,and verify the performance of these two algorithms by theoretical verification and simulation.
