Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area was established in 2009,Pingtan Island is at the forefront of Taiwan,in promoting cross-strait economic trade and cultural exchanges and other aspects of the pilot,to explore cross-strait peace and development,mutual benefit and win-win cooperation mechanism to achieve cross-strait common Development,and promote the peaceful reunification of the motherland is of great strategic significance.With the large-scale development of large-scale construction of Pingtan Island,the power supply put forward higher requirements,to meet the growing demand for electricity,Pingtan Power Supply Company under the jurisdiction of the substation before 2009 by a 110kV substation and 3 35kV substation,To the current one 220kV substation,five 110kV substations and three 35kV substation.As a guarantee of safe and stable operation of power system,the rapid development of power system will bring higher requirements to the security,stability and efficiency of electric power communication network.The construction of a safe and stable operation of the electric power communication network is the most important power system development.In this paper,the background of this project,how to build to meet the Pingtan power system production needs of the optical transmission network for network design and implementation.Pingtan Power Supply Company's existing communications network mainly by the PDH,Huawei SDH equipment Metro 1000 and Alcatel SDH equipment 1662SMC and leased operator line and other components,existing system compatibility,different factory equipment compatibility,network scalability,bandwidth bottlenecks and High-cost leased line and other issues.On detailed analysis of the actual situation of the existing communication network and the needs of the users of Pingtan Power Supply Company,after full technical research,follow the main network principles of network advancedness,scalability,security and economy,SDH technology as the optical transmission network of the main technology.SDH is a set of integrated signal multiplexing,transmission and forked connections,and can achieve a unified network management information transmission system.SDH can provide a reliable and stable network to meet the business stability and transmission quality requirements of the user,SDH network flexibility to quickly and efficiently meet the user's business needs and networking requirements.In this paper,according to the functional location of Pingtan communication site and theinterconnection of fiber optic cable,the network is layered and self-healing network is constructed.In the case of determining the network topology,the protection.of the channel,multiplex section protection and subnet connection protection,several self-healing network commonly used protection methods to compare,eventually determine the subnet connection protection(SNCP)as self-healing protection way of pingtan area optical transmission network.SNCP is the protection mode of "1 + 1".It follows the principle of "dual sending and selecting receivers".The strong point is that SNCP can adapt to any network topology and protect the complex network structure.As long as you can find a different route in the network protection business path,you can use this path on the work of business "1+1" protection.
