At present in view of the problem that ABS(Anti-lock braking system)regulator detection equipment volume is high power consumption and high cost,a set of ABS regulator dynamic performance testing system based on embedded technology is developed.ABS regulator's dynamic characteristic is completed.Through a lot of test,the equipment has good repeatability.This thesis is mainly divided into the following content:(1)Summarizes the research status at home and abroad about the ABS controller and introduces the embedded system development and use of the current situation,explains the meaning of the source of the topic and research combined with the actual demand,makes the main research content of this thesis.(2)Analyses the composition and working principle of ABS controller and test requirements,the mathematical model of the ABS controller is established and simply analysis and the simulation results,the theoretical guidance is put forward to provide for the dynamic performance of ABS controller detection scheme.The test plan for ABS controller is formulated according to the requirements of ABS controller test concrete state performance of the system.(3)The test system hardware platform developed test scheme is designed according to ABS regulator system dynamic performance,which introduces the system design and realization of the hardware part,mainly includes module design based on ARM processor and electromagnetic valve power drive circuit.(4)The test system software architecture as a whole is set according to the scheme of ABS regulator system dynamic performance test.The underlying driver design and launch interface design are completed.The corresponding detection system application software is developed in Qt5.3.2 integrated development environment with the idea of modular design.(5)The experiment for dynamic performance test of ABS controller is made,and the response characteristic?the adjustment feature and the residual feature are tested and it analysis the corresponding experimental data for statistical.The repeatability and accuracy of testing equipment is assessed,and related parameters conform to therequirements of relevant national standards for new equipment.
