This paper discusses embedded technology used in the design of industrialregulators, in addition to the traditional regulator to maintain the basic functions, the regulatorhas a PC-style interface, can approach the data in tabular form, and records show thatreal-time data curve and historical data.support the artificial parameters setting and automaticparameters setting, the regulator’s performance is greatly improved.The regulator based on embedded technology,32-bit ARM microprocessorsS3C44B0X is the hardware core, has the data input/output circuit, color LCD display interfacecircuit, touch-screen interface circuits, communication circuits, power circuits. μClinuxsystem is software core, design some hardware drivers and upper applications. This paperintroduces μClinux cut, the transplant process, BootLoader migration process, establishe theJFFS2file system on Nand-Flash, the transplant process of MiniGUI, studied and discussedthe algorithm.Because the design uses ARM7processor and operating system μClinux，compare tothe intelligent regulator based on microcontroller,has more faster processing speed, good realtime, support many operating system, make up the shortcoming of microcontroller system.MiniGUI system achieved graphical user interface. Improve the traditional shortcoming ofman-machine interface simple, showing little informations, observation not intuitive, diffcultparameter setting and other issues.
