With the rapid development of internet medical treatment,medical image sharing has been paid more and more attention by the medical community.However,the sharing of B-ultrasound images is still relatively difficult at present.In general,only doctors operating ultrasonic detector in the field or doctors accessing to the expert system can see the ultrasonic images.When medical experts consult or cooperate in different places,they can't diagnose patients with B-ultrasound in time due to regional restrictions.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the difficult sharing of ultrasonic images in different places,this thesis designs a B-ultrasonic video mobile terminal sharing system,which combines mobile Internet technology with two-dimensional code sharing technology,and realizes the convenient and fast sharing of the ultrasound images in different places.In order to acquire B-ultrasonic video and image,the system designs a WIFI video acquisition module based on ARM9,it transforms analog video signal output from ultrasonic detector to digital signal and transfers the digital signal to the doctor workstation in the form of video stream.In order to get a B-ultrasonic video file that can be transmitted on the Internet and upload it to the Internet server,the system has designed a doctor workstation software based on C/S framework,realized the synthesis and uploading of B-ultrasonic video file,and made it possible for remote medical experts to watch or download B-ultrasonic videos through the Internet.In order to make the patients can forward B-ultrasonic video quickly and efficiently,the system uses two-dimensional code sharing technology,doctor workstation software will convert ultrasound video link address returned by the Internet server to a two-dimensional code picture and displays it.The patients can scan the two-dimensional code picture by the mobile intelligent terminals and transmit the B-ultrasonic video to other more authoritative remote medical experts timely,quickly and efficiently for remote medical consultation.In order to realize the storage and management of ultrasound imaging and diagnostic report,the system designs the cloud storage service platform based on the Java Bean+JSP+Servlet framework technology,this platform enables medical experts to get the diagnostic reports of patients at anytime and anywhere,which improves the efficiency of medical institutions.This system can not only avoid the pains brought by crisscrossing and repeated inspections in the major hospitals at home and abroad,the patients receive diagnosis in time,and the lives of patients are saved,but also optimize the allocation of medical resources.The small and medium level hospitals with limited experts' level have obtained the resources of high quality medical experts,which alleviated the difficulty of seeing the disease to some extent.
