| With the rapid development of economy and the upturn living standards of people,cars have been the most popular way of transportation and the automobile service industry also has sprung up,especially the 4S shops have been become an optimal medium of sale and service.However,the rapid development will lead more problems.Therefore,4S shops not only provide people a quick way of life,but also face some problems,which lead some of them on the verge of collapse.The barely satisfactory of service is one important reason of problems,which makes customers losing their confidence and loyalty of some car brands.The main problem of China automobile industry is that customers need to paya lot fora small problem.For this reason,this paper proposes a customer experience system based on Internet of things,which makes customers really experiencing the service of 4S shops and also makes managers of shops raising their management efficiency.The system through the analysis of present situation at home and abroad,combining the relevant technology of the Internet of things,which designs and realizes a integrated customer experience system.This system's main work is as follows:(1)Put the customer experience in the first place according to neglecting customer service of most 4S shops,and make sure that the service is more transparent to raise the regular customers' loyalty and to attract more new customer,which increase the profit of 4S shop;(2)Using B/S model to build customer experience system,which makes managers of different limits of authority can operate different interfaces and makes associated information realize synchronous refresh;(3)To make sure that the information in the database and the interface display information and equipment information update synchronously;(4)Through the combination of base 3_framework of Java,which are Struts,Spring and Hibernate,and with the technology of AJAX and JQuary leading the success of the whole software platform,which makes the interface of the whole system more humanize and more easy to operate;(5)Some implementations of hardware environment based on technology of ZigBee,which build a small wireless sensor network.The implementation of the system based on the combination of various technologies,and the choice of low-power,high-performance hardware which with the humanize software platform makes the system's interface more friendly and more easy to operate.The test has been showed that the system runs stable,and the display terminals can interact with customer systems timely and high-efficiency.Meanwhile,the system has a characteristics of low power,low cost and scalability,which makes users operate easily and raises the degree of customer's satisfaction. |
