With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the increasing performance of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet computers,the functions have become more comprehensive.The smart mobile terminal has gradually penetrated into people's everyday life needs and uses the mobile client for office work.This can further free the office from the shackles of time and space,and provides office users with convenient services.With the advent of WeChat,the applications that rely on the platform have been rapidly developed,which has greatly improved office efficiency.The topic of the thesis was derived from the office project of company T.This project is the application of company T to the mobile office.With the advantage of the WeChat public platform,the company opened a new situation in the field of mobile office.The paper adopts induction analysis method and case study method.Through consulting the theory and writing about mobile office platform construction,WeChat public platform and related development tools,with the help of my participation in the development and application experience of WeChat platform,explore suitable platform construction and optimization solutions..The WeChat platform combines the current mainstream web development technology and adopts the Struts2+MVC+Bootstrap+MyBatis development framework as the main framework of the system.This article takes T company as the background to carry on the demand analysis to its office management related affairs,in order to clarify the business requirement and the function demand of the office management system,and designs and adjusts this system's architecture and the function module,simultaneously describes each function module The process design includes the automobile insurance support platform provided by Wechat,micro-conference,micro-meals,claims investigation,integrated information platform,micro-attendance,micro-learning function,impressions,information,and services of the company's public number,including the company's public number.Some of them use the native features provided by WeChat without further development.This article focuses on the design and implementation of the company's WeChat part.After the system is designed and implemented,relevant tests are conducted and the application results are evaluated.Combined with the operation of the WeChat platform project,the advantages and disadvantages of the WeChat platform project using the SWOT analysis method are analyzed.Opportunities and threats are analyzed,and on this basis,operational strategies and optimization suggestions are proposed.Based on the most effective and urgent principles,five optimization plans have been specifically designed.One is to dig deep into business requirements,through exchanges with various departments,a new customer relationship management function is created based on the pain points of customer relationship management combined with geographic information systems.The second is to establish a sound management system,a clear division of power and responsibility for the management of the WeChat platform.The third is the promotion of innovation,the creation of social value while promoting.The fourth is to tap user data,improve user data utilization.The fifth is collaborate with industry association to provide users with a more comprehensive understanding of insurance and protection of rights and interests.In addition,corresponding safeguards have also been proposed.The innovation of this paper is that under the general trend of mobile office,the WeChat public platform is used as the entrance for mobile office,and an integrated office management platform for real-name authentication is established,which provides a new idea for mobile office,reduces development and application costs,and improves The level of office and management,and provide a powerful help for the development of the business,and promote the company's level of information construction.At the same time,it also provided constructive suggestions for the optimization of the mobile office management system based on the WeChat platform,which provided a certain guiding significance for the construction of mobile office platforms for enterprises and institutions.
