Design And Research Of Campus Mobile Office Platform Based On Enterprise Wechat Enterprise Account

Mobile office platform is an important product of the development of office automation, and it is also an important part of the process of education information construction. This platform has the function of traditional office automation system integration, processing and simplification. Mobile office platform works well on promoting the office efficiency by convenient operation and good human-computer interaction without the limitation of time and space. With the development of office automation, the research on mobile office platform which is based on WeChat enterprise account has a certain practical significance. On the one hand, the traditional PC office platform is subjected to criticism by the limitation of time and space. On the other hand,with the development of mobile Internet, mobile terminal devices such as phone and iPad are growing steadily. The mobile OA will break into a new pattern.Based on Central University of basic scientific research business project in Central China Normal University: "Research on trusted management and scheduling mechanism of service resources in cloud computing environment"(NO: CCNU16A02036) and the application of independent research project in Central China Normal University: "Research on the innovation of Web3.0 technology to promote the teaching mode of web development course" (NO: CCNU16IT0306). This paper takes the example of HSY Middle School,takes the WeChat enterprise accounts as the mobile OA accessing terminal, and makes a further exploration and relative research on the structure design of the mobile OA. Based on the previous research,this paper summarizes the research status of office automation,and illustrates the research progress and outcomes of domestic office automation to further clarify that the mobile office is the developing tendency of office automation system. This paper also sorts out and analyzes the relative literature of mobile office and WeChat enterprise account, clarifies the characteristics of the mobile office and commonly used modes, and discusses the issue of mobile office security. In addition, this paper makes a comparative analysis between WeChat enterprise account and other types of subscription accounts and clarifies the advantages of WeChat enterprise account and its communication mechanism. In the end, the feasibility of mobile office based on WeChat enterprise account is determined.Combined with WeChat enterprise account and mobile office, this paper analyzes the design principles and design process of mobile office platform in primary and secondary school,takes the HSY school for example to analyze the business requirements and functional requirements, and combing the existing campus office application platform to design and realize the platform system architecture, organization structure, function demands, process control and interface design.This paper used WeChat which is the most frequently used mobile APP in China enterprise account as a mobile office access terminal to reduce development costs,optimize business operation and provide high level of office experience, which provides optimization solution for the future development of school educational information and makes certain assumptions and prospects on copying the application mode of campus mobile office to mobile learning management. In general, this paper has its original summary and innovation on research and design of campus mobile office platform based on WeChat enterprise. account. At the same time, it also can provide a certain significance to the mobile learning management and the development of wisdom education.
