Computer simulation is one of the most important technology to assist technology design,which plays an important role in shortening the design cycle and decreasing design cost,researching on casting process simulation is still a focus.The quality of casting is influenced by numbers of factors,to make the result of simulation as real as possible and to avoid the decrease of calculation efficient caused by mass operation,a decision must be made when simulation algorithm is designed,that's which factor is more important to casting process and which can be ignored.In this article,a finite difference simulation software frame is developed with convenient API using MFC,which make simulation algorithm designer can easily develop simulation module although knows little about develop on Windows platform,and linking the module and the software frame is easy to operate.Difference algorithm is optimized to perform better efficiency in mesh property assigning process.Intelligence optimization is wised applied to solve manufacture design problem recently.Especially for practice casting process,balancing defects and riser volume is a complex problem.In this article,a gene coding and fitness checking algorithm is designed based on NSGA.An induced mutation algorithm is introduced to accelerate convergence process.The algorithm was implemented on the software frame in this article.
