Research On Dialogue Response Model In Campus Psychological Counseling

University stage is an important turning point of a person' s physiological and psychological development process.At this stage,students will embrace great changes in both physiology and psychology,facing more psychological stress response than ever before,causing psychological imbalances and various psychological problems.Enough attention and certain guidance and psychological dredge will be need in order to main-tain their mental health.At present,the resources for psychological counseling service provided by colleges and universities are usually limited.Immediate counseling ser-vice is unavailable for students who encountered psychological problems.Therefore,it is hoped that chat-bots can be used as an auxiliary tool to provide emotional comfort to confused students in a timely manner through chat.Psychological counseling related dialogue response problem is an important prob-lem in the development of chat-bot used in campus psychological counseling.In re-cent years,the related research on open domain dialogue response and chat-bot has been rapidly developed,providing the foundation for the research on psychological counsel-ing related dialogue response problem.This paper solves the problem of psychological counseling related dialogues in the campus environment from following three aspect.· Construction of consulting category predict model.By defining the metrics of words and sentences under the category of consultation.The words and sentences are vectorized from the perspective of the consulting category.A multi-label text classification model is constructed to predict the category of the sentence so that the chat system can identify the visitor's consulting intension during the dialogue process.·Acquisition of psychological counseling related dialogue corpus.We combine the consulting category predict model with active learning method,filter out a large amount of psychological counseling related dialogue corpus,solve the problem of the acquisition of psychological counseling related dialogue corpus.As a result the model can be applied to different psychological counseling scenes.· Construction of psychological counseling related sentence matching model.We present a campus psychological counseling related sentence matching model called CTASM(Consult Type Aware Sentence Matching Model)based on retrieval-based dialogue response method.We realize psychological counseling related dialogue response function by a psychological counseling related sentence matching pre-diction model.
