A Research Of The Subject-oriented Information Services In College Libraries In Fujian

The subject-oriented information service is an innovative service model developed by the library under the new information environment.It can not only make the university library better meet the increasingly diversified user information demands,but also promote university libraries to transform and upgrade into intelligent libraries,and thus enhance the level of university discipline construction.In order to promote the development of the subject-oriented information service of Fujian university libraries,this paper takes libraries of 22 public universities in Fujian Province as research objects,mainly adopts research methods such as literature research,network research,field investigation and questionnaire survey.On the basis of preliminary investigation on the implementation of the subject-oriented information service of libraries of 22 universities,the author carries out thorough investigation on 6 university libraries which have already carried out the subject-oriented information service,analyzes from the aspects including subject librarian regulation construction,subject-oriented information service concrete content implementation,subject service platform construction and subject information resource construction.This paper puts forward the corresponding development strategies aiming at existing problems in the subject-oriented information service of Fujian university libraries.
