With the developmentof tele-communication technology and process of the science and technology,there are so many wide band services is emerging like video on demand,online games,live broadcast and so on.The development of access network tend to larger capacity,higher bandwidth,ultrahighbandwidth.The traditional audiocommunication will also be gradually replaced by video communications,become the main way that carries information on the net.At the same times,the optical fiber access will replaced the copper wire access step by step,becomes the development goal of the access network in the future.These development change will provide the power for the application of the FTTH technology.And as the main technology of the FTTH,the GPON will plays an important role in the construction of broadband China.This topic derived from the actual production application,it mainly aimed at study both FTTH Engineering construction theory and Practical application.The Theoretical research content includes as follows: comparison analysis of several common optical access of FTTX,system structure and the key technology of GPON,and comparative analysis with EPON,and thenget theconclusion that GPON technology is the first choice of constructionprojects for mobile FTTH in YAN'AN.According to the white paper of “2015shaanxi mobile cable broadband network project planning and construction guidance opinion” and the guidance on “Acceptance specification for Shaanxi mobile FTTH broadband project”,combining the requirements of the user's bandwidth of 1290 households in the family building of the cigarette factory,design the FTTH project scenario.on the basis of meeting the requirements of the user and the performance of the network,from a cost saving point of view,to choose the appropriate networkformation,spectral-splitting,selection of equipment and site selection,and to choose the specification and quantity of cable,all of these have been verified the previous theoretical studies.After the completion of the project construction,through the test of void,data,IPTV services,futher verify the rationality and correctness of engineering design,it can play a certain guiding role in the construction and construction of FTTH project in the future.
