Communication Freedom In China In The Era Of Grassroots Media From Network Anti-corruption

The development of web2.0 technology brings us into a grassroots media time,which makes great changes on information production,public opinion pattern and society development.communication freedom becomes available and developing gradually.In few years,network anti-corruotion becomes strong and grassroots media play a important role in this progress.Compared with traditional media,grassmedia is safety,private,low-cost,real-time and fiercely strong,many corrupt official demonstrate network anti-corruption is full of advantages because it suppots a convenient anti-corruption routine,and this behavior expands in other fields,like society surveillance,political discussion and government reform.This is no doubt that network anti-corruption made by grassroots media is a great breakthrough in communication freedom.The core of freedom is supervising power,grassroots media let common people have their media,they are exercising the right of knowledge and communication in anti-corruption,also developing their quality,reason and the right awareness,finally,the communication freedom level updates from negative freedom to positive freedom.Although communication has made great progress by network anti-corruption,it brings many problems,like network violence,invasion of privacy,excessive entertaining are still worsening.If we want good consequence of communication freedom,we must obey some important rules:public interest,law and benefit judging.goverement,grassroots and network platform must give priority to cherish and maintain our freedom that not easily to win.
