With the deepening of globalization,the competition among different regions has become increasingly fierce.facing the opportunities and challenges,all regions in our country are actively developing their own competitiveness and at the same time more aware of the importance of regional image.The northeast is the general designation of the three provinces of Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning in the northeast of China.the cold climate and vast black land have bred a unique regional culture and image.For a long time,people have paid attention to the humorous literature and art works,unique northeast dialect and winter snow landscape in northeast China.at the same time,there are also negative stereotypes such as " small peasant image" and " bureaucracy" in the media environment.How to build a better image of the northeast region from the perspective of communication is the research focus of this paper.this paper analyzes the current situation of the image of the northeast region,carries out descriptive statistics on the communication effect of the image of the northeast region based on questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the problems that arise,designs a brand new image of the northeast region based on the brand concept and the actual situation of the northeast region,and puts forward some suggestions on the communication strategy of the northeast region.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the related theoretical knowledge of regional image dissemination,laying a foundation for subsequent analysis;The second part is the positioning analysis and communication status quo of the image of the northeast region.through analysis,the changing image of the northeast region is summarized.at the same time,the communication factors are analyzed.the characteristics of the communication status quo are that the communicators are the government,media-based enterprises and individuals participating in many ways.the communication content is that the film and television works with rural themes become the hot topic of communication.the media is the traditional media-based,the new media and the self-media are continuously developing.there are differences in the information needs of internal and external audiences.The third part through questionnaires and in-depth interviews to understand the audience's basic understanding of the image of the northeast region.the fourth part summarizes the shortcomings in the process of communication.the government image needs to be improved,the awareness of crisis public relations is weak,and the diverse needs of audiences outside the region are difficult to meet.Analysis of the fourth questionnaire;In the fifth part,the author puts forward the strategy of image dissemination in northeast China based on the analysis of the problems and puts forward the strategy of breaking the stereotype and enriching the spiritual connotation and shaping the sunshine government shape.at the same time,the author uses the existing resources and excavates the potential resources to shape the brand image of northeast China,that is,the ice and snow world with multiple charm.
