With the rapid development of foreign trade,the batch of import and export goods growth rapidly.The traditional port supervision mode is inefficient,time-consuming and labor-intensive for information handling of the large batch cargo on the aspects of logistics information submission and management,discharged information transmission,data statistics,etc.Therefore,this paper proposed that we need to design and implement of a logistics management system based on B/S to assist in solving the problem of logistics supervision in the process of cargo loading and unloading.Firstly,we should analysis the current status and deficiency of the logistics supervision in the port.Secondly,we should divide the using roles and the function demand to form a business flow chart by taking the logistics management as the main research line and according to the business domain,the business line and the business affairs.Thirdly,we should propose the design and technical Architecture and the system architecture is designed with B/S Architecture.The system is divided into business service layer,business layer,data exchange layer and data layer.The language development is developed by J2EE and the database adopted the Oracle technology.We need to complete the physical design and logical design of the database.And then implement the core function of the logistics management system and test its function.We designed nine modules in the overall function of the system,namely,the cargo management modules,check and unload management module,port inspection and certification management module,work program management module,work program template management module,port inspection and supervision module,inquiry and statistics module,message management module and system maintenance module.The modules can be divided into enterprise reporting module,port inspection and supervision module and system management modules in accordance with the using roles.Enterprise reporting module contains cargo application,check the unloading application,the port inspection and supervision inquiry,message announcement inquiry,the system management sub-module.The port inspection and supervision module includes the cargo related management.check and discharge management,port inspection and supervision management,port inspection and identification management,and statistics inquiry sub-module.The system management module includes organization information,personnel information,role information,dock information and announcement sub-module.We would like to solve two problems through the design and implementation of the system.One is the user interface,business logic and data separation.The user can manage the business,submit and process cargo information through the Web pages.Another one is centralized storage and processing of logistics information.In this way,we can improve the efficiency of querying and indexing and information transfer.
