The development of information system technology is closely related to the informatization construction of colleges and universities.With the rapid development of modern information system and technology,Chinese colleges and universities have realized the informatization of colleges and universities to varying degrees according to the needs of development.In order to provide students with better and more convenient learning conditions,improve the teaching work and living environment of teachers and students,colleges and universities should vigorously promote the construction of campus information,adopt advanced information technology to speed up the process of school information,and create an information-based campus.At present,China's colleges and universities have made remarkable achievements in the informatization of teaching work,but the informatization construction of logistics service management is still slow.With the modernization of education and the construction of modernization driven by informationization vigorously promoted by the state,the logistic work of colleges and universities also has corresponding independent informationization equipment.But in practice,these equipment is not compatible with the campus network,resulting in the late use of the process did not play its due role.The use and maintenance are not in place,so that these devices are closer to useless state.In order to make the resources of schools play a greater role,we should develop this system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)After analyzing and understanding the specific requirements of the logistics service management system for the relevant personnel in domestic colleges and universities,sorting out the requirements of the whole logistics service management system,making the overall planning of the logistics management system,designing the use case diagram of each system function,and making a brief description;(2)Root According to the functional requirements of the system,the logistics management system is divided into several subsystems,and the detailed functional modules of the system are designed.A set of logistics management system with four subsystems: canteen management,apartment management,campus announcement management,and network repair management is designed and implemented..In the design of each functional module,the UML modeling method is used to complete the design of each functional module class diagram,workflow diagram and work schedule diagram.The database is built by SQL Server 2012 database technology,and the overall E-R diagram of the system and the corresponding data Tab.structure are designed.At the same time,a new J2 EE architecture is adopted to design and implement the system.(3)the functions of the system are implemented in detail.And completed the functional testing and performance testing of the system.The results show that the university logistics service management system fully meets the current management needs,and all the performance indicators meet the requirements.At present,the system is still in the stage of internal testing and trial.After the formal input,it will accelerate the pace of the construction of the logistics information system in the University,improve the efficiency of the staff of the whole university,and provide more convenient service for the teachers and staff.
