The Design And Implementation Of A Court Digital Archives Information Management System

A court archives preservation management mainly embodied in the file and print data form,data archives information management still stays on the traditional management mode.The development of the court's business and the sharp increase of archive inventory scale cause great pressure to the archive data storage and use,cause many problems like single file management way,uncoordinated,non-standard,utilization rate.The design and implementation of the court digital archives information system can effective and convenient to manage files,making it a high value of resources,and as the core business services.The design and implementation of the system contains the process such as requirements analysis,design,development,testing,and operation stages,Through the archives digitization processing,archives management business overall demand and user demand,we design the system management,file management,archives management,file retrieval and utilization management,handed over to receive,studying statistics,keeping identified eight system function module,we use the JAVA language development,SQL Server 2008 R2 database platform,B/S combined with C/S architecture of technical architecture design.The system has realized each link of the digital archives information management,which can undertake unity of all archives information data collection,filing,sorting,analysis,can be used for related personnel,make each court between departments,can achieve a variety of levels of information management in the management and technology,can be data sharing,associated,and finally completed a set of perfect file unified,centralized management information platform.
