Official document management is an important basic work of government agencies,is an important part of government services,government agencies and enterprises in the office business between the need to deal with a large number of documents.Rely on the traditional way of document management,office need to use a lot of paper,large amount of paper copies;document editing,signing,approval and circulation of circulars and other departments should be civil servants manual operation;manual processing reduces the information in each document The speed of the transfer between departments has affected the efficiency of data sharing,increased the labor intensity of staff members,and easily triggered various incidents of dealing with documents that violate regulations.There are also many inconveniences in document archiving,retrieval and destruction.In this paper,the Yunnan Provincial Department of Justice document management as the research background,by documenting the management of relevant data for information technology,creating a document management process.From the document issued,receipt,filing,cleaning and inspection on the five aspects of the document management business process analysis;in the business process on the basis of analysis,to determine the functional requirements and non functional requirements document management;document management in the process of sending and receiving,filing,cleaning and inspection on the five aspects of system function UML package design,class design,dynamic design and activity diagram design;design of physical structure and logical structure of the database system;the system uses the Tomcat server,J2EE technology and MySQL database and other key technologies to realize the system development;strictly tested system,gives the test environment,test programs and the test results;finally,summarizes the research and analysis of the work done,and the next work in the future.The use of computer technology provides more information support for document management,which can solve the problem of low efficiency of traditional document management.Realize electronic drafts online drafting,circulation,approval,archiving,query,destruction and other functions,and further accelerate the construction of e-government office automation,paperless office.
