The automation level of the dispatching center continues to improve,with the rapid development of power grid system,and operation modes.To ensure the running safety and economy of power gird,dispatcher should grasp the power gird reactive power condition quickly,accurately and fully.Also forecast,analysis and control of power grid reactive power distribution is needed,to minimize the active power loss of power grid caused by deficiency or excess reactive power.All these precautions are taken to improve the voltage level of entire power gird.This article is designed and implemented for a regional power grid,which based on OPEN3000 reactive power supervisory control system.System development process follow the software engineering theory stringent.System requirements analysis,overall design,module design,database design,system implementation and system test are the procedures,which taken for the design and implementation.In the part of system requirements analysis,the overall analysis has been carried on,which considered company's current business.Each function module gives the use case analysis diagram.Nonfunctional requirements such as performance and Robustness also are analyzed.In system design part,the overall system design which include system technical architecture diagrams and function structure,is given fist.Then database design which include E-R diagrams and database tables is given.The system was designed to choose B/S development model using the MVC three-tier architecture.Visual Studio.NET 2012 which based on.Net framework is chosen as the development tool.Microsoft SQL Server 2012 is the database management system.Programming language is C#.In system implementation part,system implementation environment is introduced.The system has been divided into five modules,which are system management,management and analysis of power grid model from OPEN3000,control model building,Equipment parameter setting,system parameter setting.And realization of each function module is given.System management is the basic module of regional power grid reactive power supervisory control system,which include UI settings,permissions settings,security settings,user center,template settings functions.Management and analysis of power grid model from OPEN3000 module include power grid model importing,measured data mapping,partition coordinate calculation,control policy generation,reactive power equipment controlling functions.Control model building mainly includes substation modeling,bus modeling,capacitor reactor modeling,relay protection modeling and bus curve modeling,transformer tap modeling,model calibration functions.Equipment parameter setting mainly includes the capacitance/resistance related parameters etc.System parameters setting mainly includes systems controlling related parameters and administration related parameters.In system testing part,test results of the system function test,performance test and robustness test are given.Through the system test,the test results show that the system has certain stability,also can guarantee the demand of reactive power monitoring for the power grid.The system can find problems existing in the process of power grid reactive power monitoring and controlling timely.It can also provide reference for other power grid staff.At the same time,the system realizes the highly sharing of information for the monitor staff.Providing feedback information,accurate and comprehensive,for the power grid dispatchers.Improving the power grid reactive power supervisor and controlling work efficiency and quality for MeiShan city.
