Along with our country reform step speeding up, and promote the " The PowerPlant Separate From State Grid "," bidding system " as the core content of the powersystem reform. The gradually expanded electric power market and the increasinglyfierce competition, make the electric power enterprise focusing on the premise ofsafety in production, more and more attention to enterprise production efficiency andwork efficiency.In recent years, although the power plant information level rising, the originalinformation system never collect and make full use of the production data from thecontrol system. only collect a little real-time data about forms from the DecentralizedControl System. Because there isn’t using the real-time database technology, the datarefresh rate is slowly,and the collected data is unable to carry on the long-term andefficient historical storage, the production management personnel cann’t understandthe operation condition of each unit timely and accurately. The SupervisorInformation System is built on all sorts of control,monitoring, measuring systemwhich is involved in power plant production process, which is a complete solutionswith real-time data collection,processing,display,storage all in one.The main research content of this paper is the analysis,design,implementation ofthe Supervisor Information System, and the integrated application in Shajiao A PowerStation, from the point of view of system structure,system analysis anddesign,database design,application software design and integrated application, toestablish a modern power plant information system with real-time datacollection,processing,display and storage all in one. The development of theSupervisor Information System is based on the OpenPlant real-time database of theShanghai Magus Technology Company, it collect real-time data from bottom datasource of production field such as DCS, coal handling system, desulfuration and ashsystem, set up a real-time and history data platform of the whole power plant, anddevelop13application function module including real-time monitoring,loaddispatcher management, scheduling management, equipment reliability management,equipment alarm, operation knowledge base, parameter alarm, performance appraisalmanagement, manual data maintenance, performance calculation graphics, statistics,production report and network monitoring diagram, it makes information sharing,real-time information monitoring and scheduling around the whole powerplant come true, and provide true and reliable real-time operation data for themanagers’ decision.After carring out successfully in Shajiao A Power Station, the SupervisorInformation System plays a singnificant role in production information sharing,production safely and economic operation of the unit, improve the efficiency of eachprofessional such as the turbine, boiler, electric, auxiliary control, environmentalprotection and management, and the level of the power station’s delicacy management.This results won the firze prize of the “Enterprise management modernizationinnovation achievement in GuangDong Provice”.
