Research On Effective Supply Of Children's Books In China

The children's book publishing industry in China has obtained a big achievement since the new century.It has grown into the most important engine of the whole publishing industry.Despite its prosperity,the children's book publishing industry is confronted with the problem of insufficient effective supply.In the face of various opportunities and challenges,the children's book publishers need to change their development mode,so as to make the publishing industry more professional,intensive and innovative,then expanse the effective supply of children's books,thereby meet and guide children's reading demands.Based on the current supply status of children's books in China,this paper refers to the economic theory about effective supply and applies research methods such as literature research,statistical analysis and investigation.The paper includes six parts.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose,significance as well as the object and methods of this research with a review of related study.The second chapter introduces the economic theory about effective supply which is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter studies the present situation of children's book supply through an analysis of abundant data from three sides,including quantity,structure and price.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of children's book supply.In a word,the effective supply of children's books is insufficient.Meanwhile,according to the theory of effective supply,the paper explores some causes of the problem.The fifth chapter puts forward several measures to optimize the children's books,effective supply standing on the supply side.First;establish correct concept of supply;second,improve the supply level and allocation efficiency of production factors;third,enhance the adaptability and flexibility of supply to demand changes;fourth,perfect the channel construction and inventory management.The last chapter summarizes the general conclusions about the research on effective supply of children's books in China and makes a prospect on future research.
