In recent years,due to the rapid development of economy and society,enterprises,social groups and individuals have generated a large number of business needs of file information services,which requires a commercial records center to deal with these documents.This can greatly reduce manpower,material and financial resources.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the construction of commercial document centers in China.These problems are not conducive to the construction and long-term development of China's commercial records center.In contrast,the US commercial records center has developed into a highly-technical,output-outstanding,large-scale and well-established information service agencies after eighty-year development.Therefore,comparing the construction of the commercial records center between China and the United States,aiming at the shortcomings and shortcomings of China's commercial records center,combining with the actual situation of our country and drawing on the experience of the United States,we can improve the construction of our commercial records center.Based on the thought of this problem,this paper defines the concept of commercial records center by means of literature research,case analysis,and comparative study and so on,and discerns the difference of related institutions.Then briefly introduce the basis of the sample of the commercial records center which selected in this paper.And then analyze the Sino-US commercial records center from the aspects of context,policy environment and regional distribution,personnel and infrastructure,business composition,business conditions.Finally,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the commercial records center in our country,and provides suggestions according to the actual situation.
