With the development of science and technology,high requirements are put forward for function and performance of electronic products,including the speaker.The parameters of the speaker are important indicators about performance.So,in order to improve the performance of the speaker,it becomes very important to compute and analysis its parameters.The project proposed a plan of speaker power test signal generation and parameter analysis system,and completed its hardware and software design.The core of the system is signal generation circuit,which is to complete the signal extraction.The function of the signal processing circuit is to complete the distribution,condition and the A/D acquisition of the signal.A specific hardware design was proposed in the paper with international and national standards and actual needs of enterprises.A signal generation module,a main control module,a communication module,signal conditioning modules,a signal acquisition module,a calibration module and a power module are included in the entire hardware circuit.The master module is realized by STM32F013V8T6,an ARM Cortex-M3-based high-cost,low-power microcontroller.It has rich peripheral interfaces,including an integrated USB2.0 interface,which provides a great convenience for the system communication.The communication module applies USB slave controller and Mass storage firmware library to transmit data.Test signals are generated by STM32F013V8T6's DAC.A dual-channel 12-bit analog conversion module DAC is contained in STM32 to meet a variety of experiments to generate signal waveform.High-performance multi-channel gating chips and a variety of low distortion,high-precision op amps are used in signal conditioning modules and signal acquisition module,several practical amplifiers and attenuators are adopted as well to improve the result of signal conditioning.A system calibration module,whose signal source is powered by a DDS chip to ensure the accuracy of the calibration circuit signal source,is added to improve the accuracy of the system test.The subject realized the desired target,including designing the system's hardware and software.The system was proved running well,and could meet the design requirement.This paper contains 57 Figures,8 tables and 53 references.
