Power is an integral part of all kinds of electronic equipment, which performance directly related to the technical index of electronic equipment and can work safely ind reliably. With the continuous development of The Times, people pay more and nore attention to energy conservation and emissions reduction. How to improve the )ower conversion efficiency, reduce standby power consumption, become an urgent roblems to be solved. Although the traditional linear power supply has the lots of dvantages, such as, reliable work, simple circuit, but also has many problems such as w conversion efficiency. Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) is known as highly fficient energy-saving Power Supply, has been widely used in telecommunications, nergy, daily life and other fields, doubled the efficiency than ordinary linear Power upply. Switching power supply with high efficiency, small volume, light weight and ther advantages, has gradually replaced the linear adjustment of power supply in ome areas and scope, become the mainstream of regulated power supply products, MPS has been widely promoted.In this paper, the power of the PWM signal is generated by TL494 chip push-pull riving, use STM32 as power master control chip This power has advantages of djustable voltage output, small ripple, fast response, overvoltage protection function.This paper firstly introduces the development situation at home and abroad of witch power supply, then the circuit control of several common methods and inalyzes the structure of the power supply. Then choose the appropriate circuit opology and control chip according to the design standard. The design of various nodules in this circuit according to the actual characteristics of power supply, mainly ncluding program-controlled voltage regulator module, drive module, TL494 module, )eripheral module of STM32, voltage doubling rectifier module. Finally writes easonable control program, to ensure the switch power supply can achieve the original design.
