Long-Distance Data Scheduling System In Resource Management System Of China Telcom

With the development of data network, network resource is getting richer. To meet the demand of daily routine and source management of China Telecom even the whole industry to all of the practice organization, Long-distance Data Scheduling System was developed. It optimizes the network framework, improve utilization and quicken service provision. The key points of this dissertation are as follows:1. Analyze the whole RMS' (Resource Management System) framework. It includes three parts: hardware framework, software framework and node function. RMS is a three layer distributed application system, which based on J2EE platform, UNIX operation system, TCP/IP network protocol and Sybase database.2. The whole life of a circuit is applying, auditing, configuring and operation. Long-distance Data Scheduling System is based on RMS. It units the relative departments and operations. The dissertation expatiate the necessary of design, target of design, Scheduling flow and configuration.3. The design of flow is based on three factors: role, function and operation, to meet the needs of different scheduling. Resource configures include trunk circuits and user circuits.
