Research Of Distributed Storage In Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is generally being considered as a Internet service which could integrate a large number of computing and storage resource in the Internet,and the users could request the appropriate computing and storage resource as they need.As a core of the Internet technology,storage also plays an important role in cloud computing.However the traditional peer-to-peer disk array storage could not meet the needs of cloud computing,so we should find a new storage method to meet the new requirments of high dispersion,high capacity and high reliability.The distributed storage could meet all those demand.Distributed storage is storage policy which refers to a three-tier structure of the underlying storage device,distributed file system and storage management software to complete the storage resource concentration in the case of a large number of data and large storage server geographical location,in order to achieve the reliable storage.In fact,cloud computing could also be seen as distributed computing.It is worth noting that in recent years,cloud security issues are more and more obvious and the influence is also more intense.It even influences the entire cloud industry,and distributed storage and cloud computing development are influenced inevitably.Based on the research on the related principles of distributed storage and cloud computing,this dissertation attempts to combine distributed storage with traditional network storage networking and form a heterogeneous network with distributed system and independent storage server.It's a mixed storage system with practical background.The platform structure is based on Openstack open source cloud platform,and all servers use Ubuntu operating system,taking full advantage of storage area network.It takes the disaster recovery into account,so it could be better ti meet the cloud computing production practice needs.Then the performance test and disaster recovery characteristics test were taken,and the ideas and methods to optimize the system performance were proposed.Finally,this dissertation talked about the cloud security issues.
