With the popularity of Internet applications, people's request for online data access is fastest-growing exponentially. In traditional mobile computing, data storage and processing are all dependent on the mobile terminal equipment. However, the fundamental flaws in the mobile terminals are low data processing efficiency and limited storage capacity and battery. So mobile cloud computing(MCC) offloads the computational effort or stored data of the mobile terminals to remote high-capability cloud and then returns the processed results to the terminal equipment to store. This way could ease the severe load pressure of the terminal equipment and make best use of the strong computing capability of remote server. How to manage and guarantee the reliability and stability in cloud computing system? Distributed cloud storage system stress on the mentioned problem.The remote cloud computing has the advantages of efficient processing speed, large data storage capacity and high efficiency of energy saving. Note that during the mentioned process, more power consumption of mobile devices maybe induced by delivery of the computation workload or storage to remote cloud. The fact is that if the data obtained by the local terminals are all offloaded to the remote through the wireless access, it is too easy to cause congestion delay due to competition for bandwidth resources. So decision problems are particularly important whether offload data computing to the remote cloud computing or not. In order to guarantee the normal operation of the distributed storage system, users could access the data timely and seamlessly avoiding the limitation among somewhere, something or sometime, such as Google file system(GFS). GFS contain enormous personally important but unreliable information all over the world. So the data reliability and security are rather serious issues for unexpectedly failure nodes caused by various reasons, such as earthquake, human error or sudden attack.This paper focuses on the research of data computing offloading and storage management in mobile cloud environment. Our works are concluded into two aspects:1) In the mobile cloud environment, the users in communication network choose to offload the computing information to the distant cloud or directly process it in the nearest local mobile. As for such decisional problem, we adopt evolutionary game mathematical model in the paper and convert the mentioned problem into specific utility maximization function. According to the analysis of simulation results, evolutionary game model has a great advantage and are accordant with theoretical requirement indeed.2) In distributed storage system, the availability of the relay storage node is not always so satisfactory and data failure is inevitable. So we need to repair the unreliable nodes. As for the repair problem, we have carried out SBASIC code, which is not limited by the code length and in the basis of existing BASIC code; With regard to storage problems, we improve STORE storage model proposed in the existing literature. So we obtain the improved SRACK model, which is with higher communication efficiency.
