Colleges And Universities Based On.NET Low-value Non-durable Equipment Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of information technology,the construction and use of the Internet,management levels and patterns in universities are gradually changing and improving as the teacher and student number are increasing.Financial management of low-value consumables is an important content in university management.How to strengthen the financial management and eliminate wasting becomes an urgent problem.Thus,developing a financial management system is necessary for strengthening the management,reducing business expenses,rationally allocating the resources.Based on the actual needs and the process of low-value consumables management in universities,we designed and developed a management system of low-value consumable.The system is based on B / S structure,and adopts.NET platform by combining with other technologies,such as ASP.NET 4.0,AJAX,and so on.The database is Microsoft Sql Server 2012.The system has six function modules,including public information management,consumables acquisition,invoice management,security management,user management and system management,which can basically meet the financial management needs.This system can break through the old pattern of consumables management,eliminate the redundant information,and end the traditional manual management.System adopted agile development and test drive system development method,each adding a system module will be put into use,through the user feedback to improve the system further,through several revisions,finally completed the design and implementation of the whole system.The implementation of the system breaks through the consumable management model,eliminated without practical data,the end of the traditional manual management mode,low-value products achieve the digital management,will expand the scope of the user,the traditional low-value goods because of the limitation of store address and management method,only a few people can use.But through the network management,enables users to anywhere,in any login web site to lo ok at it.Digital information into any running stores,can keep the original copy and digital resources can be unlimited times,access is very convenient,at the same time,system to automatically query,statistics,summary,etc,realize the information ma nagement system of consumable,so as to reduce the labor intensity of technical personnel,real-time and accurate provide data support for the management and some analysis function,provide the basis for decision-making,reduce the arbitrary decisions,reduce mistakes,has a certain reference value.
