| With the continuous development of the medical consumables industry,the fast increase in the types and quantities of consumables has brought great challenges to consumables management.Radio frequency identification(RFID)technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology.This thesis applies RFID technology to the management of medical consumables,and realizes the automatic management of medical consumables,avoiding the loss of consumables and misuse of consumables.Medical consumables management system includes RFID system,terminal control system and server management system.RFID system is responsible for collecting and recognizing electronic tags.By means of multi-antenna layout and optimization of inventory time,it improves problems such as tag missing reading,tag unnecessary reading,and data redundancy,which can ensure the recognition speed and accuracy.Terminal control system has the functions of identity authentication,human-computer interaction,lock control,network communication and data storage.The hardware is based on a 32-bit ARM processor as the core to build a minimum system.The software uses the μC/OS-II operating system to complete the driver and tasks Scheduling and human-computer interaction.Server management system is the hub connecting the terminal control system and the RFID system.The IO multiplexing model is used to improve the server's concurrent capability.The thread pool technology is used for RFID data analysis.The data analysis includes filtration and calculation.Test is divided into modular test and system level test.Modular test can verify the function of each sub-module.The system level test further optimizes the human-computer interaction process and system stability.Through the test of medical consumables management system can realize the automation management of consumables. |
