Nowaday,In the rapid development of global information and in the field of education,with the deepening of educational informationizati,Education information reflects the level of education modernization,and it has become the commanding point of the future education development strategy.At present,our country attaches great importance to the construction of educational information,Domestic universities have built information systems,and the availability of information systems in primary and secondary schools is not high.At present with the development of mobile communication technology and the popularity of smart phones,it will change the way of the campus information transmission,but also affects is changing the students,teachers and parents' study,the life and way of thinking.The development of mobile communication technology and the popularity of smart phones,Users want on the phone quick and easy access to information.The existing educational information platform is only the PC,it has been unable to meet the needs of users to access information anytime,anywhere.Therefore,it is needed to establish a Android based education information platform which can be used in school users.This paper combining with the hierarchical design pattern of MVC,J2 EE technology and Android mobile terminal technology application,it introduced a design,education information service platform based on Android mobile terminal development and implementation process,including: requirement analysis of the platform of education and front end;the use of key technologies;the design of the database;The detailed design and implementation on mobile.Use SpringMVC and MyBatis development server,PC page using Extjs,mobile terminal through web service access to server data.Mobile terminal using the Android development.
