University Wisdom OA System Platform Design And Implementation

The application of following systems,High Education(HE)administration system,office automation(OA)system,financial management system,purchasing management system and assets management system,are playing the very important roles in improving the efficiency of school office work and the management standards,however,there are still obstacles in the process of informationizing of HE and the major one we are faced with is the resource sharing and integration of all the above-mentioned systems.By developing and applying Smart Office System based on cloud service,smart desktop technology and mobile internet technology,we can break the traditional HE office model and indeed meet the needs of users' operating experience,resource sharing and mobile office.This paper mainly analysis HE Smart Office System.It explains how to map out reasonable plans and framework through analyzing the needs of HE office system and how to develop HE Smart Office System through service applications and building multiport shared intelligent services through a unified interface service center.This paper mainly consists of the following parts:1.Setting up HE cloud data sharing center by applying the technology of Linux-based platform;integrating the data of all HE systems so to provide centralized data exchange;2.Adopting service-oriented approach(SOA)so to set up platform design principles and platform functional framework;set up HE cloud data sharing center by applying the technology of Linux-based platform and KVM-based virtualization;realizing the development and application of Smart desktop through the technology of jQuery,HTML5 and Spring MVC and realizing the application and development of mobile terminals(MT)through Android;developing the platform of Smart desktop system by the technology of Java and Web Service;3.Integrating and developing all sorts of office systems,with Smart desktop platform as the basis,aiming at meeting the actual needs of HE Smart office system,so to realize the application of HE Smart office system;4.Having experimented on Smart office system,Smart desktop system and systematic office system and had the result showing that the following functions have been basically implemented:unified certification,TODO acquisition,MT TODO synchronization,MT approval,multiport internet sharing.Based on the analysis of the test results,this paper finds out the parts of the system that need to be improved and decides the direction of the future research.The HE Smart office application system developed in this paper has gained the initial success.Smart desktop and Cloud service could bring users brand new experience of "Desktop is Service;You choose,You use." The application of MT allows users to enjoy the real efficient collaboration,cross-temporal,cross-device,and cross-sectors.The cloud data sharing center breaks the pattern of information isolated island and realizes multiport interconnection and information sharing.
