Design Of Smart Community Cloud Platform Integrated Service System And Implementation Of Office Subsystem

With the rapid development of the smart city construction in our country,the smart community construction which acts as last mile of smart city receives serious attention.Smart community is a kind of fully using the modern network communication technology,to the community as the carrier,to the community residents as the service object,to improve the residents' happiness as purpose,through the establishment of intelligent service platform,realizing a new type of community management mode which the community management and service are intelligent.This thesis analyzes and summarizes the development status and trend of smart community construction,based on the social management and public services,it puts forward the running carrier of the smart community-"Smart Community" cloud platform.The platform will divide community into unit grid according to certain standard,and establish the basic database focus on people,places,things,objects,affection and organization;To co-ordinate all kinds of service resources as the starting point,integrate a number of convenient services such as OA systems,government services,public services,business services and personalized services,etc.to the platform,to achieve integration of resources,location analysis,scientific decision-making,fine management,so that to meet the needs of community residents,enterprises and social organizations.The major of the thesis is summarized as follow:(1)On the basic of analyzing the development trend and application research status of the smart community,combined with LanZhou smart city construction projects,the “smart community” cloud platform demands are analyzed,and the corresponding whole planning is proposed.(2)Has carried on the overall design of the “smart community” cloud platform,including: platform overall architecture,system supporting platform,database design,infrastructure and system security design.(3)The functions of the “smart community” cloud platform are designed,include: OA system,government affairs service system,community public service system,for the convenience of business service system,and personalized service system.(4)The Office Automation(OA)subsystem of “smart community” cloud platform is designed and implemented in detail,and the processing flow,data structure and implement interface of each module are gave respectively.
