Application Study Of Business Intelligence In Rolling Stock Company's Inventory Management

With the development of information society,the handling of information relates to whether the enterprise can make accurate and efficient decisions.Business intelligence is a method of processing information.It is aimed to find out valuable information point through mining and processing of a large amount of data.It is an important impetus to drive the rapid development of an enterprise,and also an effective tool for enterprise to grasp and develop core competitive capacity in the fierce competitions.This article is to find out the problem of data processing and information management by analyzing the existing business system in CSR ZELC.After combing CSR ZELC's current business processes,it is to research all levels of information needed in management decision-making in deep.We have understood totally the necessity of lean inventory management,and eventually get deep thoughts and intuitive grasp about inventory management.Studying in business intelligence,financial accounting,computer knowledge,data mining,database principle,and other related theories,this article design the business intelligence information processing system for CSR ZELC,and convert the theory into practice by sorting,analyzing and researching all business data in the business intelligence system.Though relevant study,this article firstly introduces the relevant theoretical research of business intelligence system,the related research results about inventory management,and discusses the significance of business intelligence to lean inventory management.Secondly,this article analyzes current situation of ERP system and the demand of inventory management in CSR ZELC,and then objectively summarizes the construction of its ERP system and makes detailed analysis of inventory management.Thirdly,this article designs the lean inventory management system for CSR ZELC.It analyses the technical issues,elaborates principles of theories for use,and designs the various functions with the combination of established user requirements.The study of this article greatly improves the efficiency of CSR ZELC's inventory management,and provides auxiliary decision information and decision support for all levels of managers now.Meanwhile,it provides a scientific management method of lean inventory management for CSR ZELC.This article also points out the disadvantages of this system,and points out the direction for future improvement.
