Wireless Sensor Network is an intelligent autonomous monitoring network system composed by a large number of tiny sensor nodes with autonomic computing and wireless communication capabilities.With the development of information technology and WSN's great application value,WSN is becoming a research focus.As sensor nodes are featuring in small volume,limited battery power,and weak communication and computation ability.Therefore,how to effectively utilize the node battery energy so as to extend the network lifetime has become a key issue in WSN research.In this paper,we chose the clustered wireless sensor network as the research object.Aiming at excessive consumption in the small clusters caused by uneven clustering in clustered WSN,we introduce cooperative communication into clustering WSN and propose a cooperative communication transmission scheme that is based on great clusters and small clusters.The main work is as follows:(1)Review the existing wireless sensor networks and cooperative communication technology and analyze the application status of cooperative communication technology in WSN and advantages and disadvantages of cooperative scheme.(2)Aiming at the clusters for wireless sensor networks,we put forward MISO cooperative transmission scheme that based on great clusters and small clusters.Because in a clustered wireless sensor networks,there may be a coexistence phenomena between great and small clusters,it will cause unbalanced energy consumption to the entire network.In this paper,we take the cooperative transmission scheme based on great clusters and small clusters by selecting cooperative nodes strategy and adjusting cluster-head's time slot,to solve the issue of expanding too much energy in long distance transmission.(3)MISO collaboration in WSN is fully described,and then the simulation experiment is carried out on cooperative transmission scheme based on great clusters and small clusters.The simulation result shows that the cooperative transmission scheme of basing on adjacent great cluster and small cluster is an energy-efficient collaborative program and can effectively balance network energy consumption,and also has superior performance in prolonging the network lifetime.
