The Supply Chain Management System Design And Implementation Of Material Requirements Planning Based On The SAP

With the significantly increasing of information in this era,it is hard to manage and plan inner resource properly for each company.For the existing resource cannot be fully used,the maximum economic benefit of a company cannot be realized.Thus,more and more people focus on demand planning which is to supervise the nodes of supply chain running orderly and quickly and is the foundation of nearly all activities of modern corporations.The whole process of supply chain is included in materials demand planning.It is important that whether the limited human,materials resource and funds can support the activities of companies,and the key is that whether the supply and demand planning can be implemented successfully.In this paper,our research focuses on materials demand planning of supply chain in terms of theory and application.The main work includes as follows:At first,the basic concept and development process of present ERP and SAP system are presented and the general idea of company resource management is concluded.Furthermore we conduct research on the state and effect of demand planning in supply chain managements.At second,we analyze the need for information technology of supply chain management and research on the materials management demand for companies in terms of procurement management,production managements,inventory management and inventory management.What is more,we improve the material requirements strategy.Based on the conclusion of materials management demand,production management,material inventory management,and data warehouse management solutions are improved and the supply management system is designed and realized.Furthermore,we present the overall structure,function module,technology development,main website and codes of the system.Last but not the least,Based on the software and hardware system,this system is tested and the results verify the design of the system is precise and reliable.At the same time,the conclusion and the next development direction are proposed.And it illustrates the theoretical and practical significance of this article for the material requirements planning research and development in the supply chain management.
