Distribution network mainly adopts isolated neutral system(commonly known as the low-current grounding),including two basic ways:neutral non-grounding and neutral grounding via arc suppression coil.The single-phase grounding is the main failure form of the low-current grounding system.In order to simplify the relay protection and improve the reliability of power supply,the low-current grounding system could be allowed to run 1-2h with one grounding point unless grounding capacitance current exceeds the formulary limits.Therefore,securing the safety and stability of distribution network,it is significant to accurately and promptly gain the ground capacitive current of the network in the dispatching and managing work.This paper briefs on the basic types and its application cope of neutral point operational manners,expounds developing process and application status of the neutral grounding mode domestically and overseas and illustrates engineering background and practical significance of ground capacitance current calculation in non-ground neutral system.Via ground capacitance current calculation,studying and application status of measuring and compensation technique,unresolved issues are summarized in this domain.Secondly,it briefly states the basic characteristics and technical merits on the visualization software,supplies technical base in the selection of the text engineering application software development tools.In addition,the basic structure of the electric power circuit,earth capacity calculation principle,ground capacitive current and compensation degree of arc suppression coil calculation are illustrated.Combining the above principles and methods and the engineering applications Application requirements in distributed networks ground capacitance calculation are gained.A technical project is acquired as well including construction targets,principle,overall architecture of the ground capacitive current calculation and analysis software.And on this basis,abiding by modular design method,the distribution network capacitive current calculation and analysis software is developed via visual C++ 6.0,based on Windows 2000 Server&Windows 2000 Professional.The software features the basic data management,main electric connecting mode,ground capacitive current calculation of the distribution network and single-phase ground capacitive current compensation degree calculation.It has been proved that the software owns complete functions and practical engineering application.
