It has always be the target of the monitoring. The common method ofexamining the cables insulation is not that proficient, developing an onlinemonitoring system is at the corner.this paper make a research on the monitoring ofthe insulation of the cable, developing an online monitoring system of XLPE basedon GPRS according to the request.The main work and achievement are as follows: overviewing the keytechnology of XLPE and GPRS, introducing the form of XLPE cable, analyzing theadvantages and disadvantages of the methods the domestic and overseas take.Introduce the theory of the induced current. Calculating and deducting the inducedvoltage and current, the cable’s level is110KV, we set the current overloaded level. Thenwe make a research on the way of transmission, make sure to use GPRS to transmit the data,introducing the tech advantage and the structure of the net and the way to log. All alongwith this, I develop an whole system online monitoring of the cable’s grounding circulationand temperature based on the GPRS.The system is made up of two parts. hardware remote online monitoring device andsoftware monitoring center. Firstly, I design the hardware board, the main chip isSTM32and the transmission module SIM908, the lower device is consist of thepower board and control board, The current sensor and temperature sensor lays onthe power board with signal conditioning circuit, the STM32and SIM908lays onthe control board, then I design the program of lower device, which consist of twomain parts: A/D converting and GPRS data transmission. The monitoring center ismade of LabVIEW developed by NI.the data base is developed with SQL.Themonitoring center contain the following function: client logging, receiving the data,presenting in time, overload alarm, system setting, database. At last, I believe thesystem will work well and satisfy the needs. |
