China's distribution network neutral grounding mode has neutral grounding by arc extinguishing coil and not grounding mode.In the small current grounding system,the fault type with high fault rate is single-phase grounding of the distribution network line.In this paper,according to the actual situation of the author's unit,through the Internet to collect relevant literature,to understand the current research and application status about the capacitance current data management of the distribution network neutral ungrounded system,based on the actual distribution network operation and management business for demand analysis,to determine the research content and software implementation of this paper,the relevant content of the research work includes the following.(1)Based on the typical operation mode and actual operation of the neutral point of the current distribution system,the research background and significance of the topic are briefly summarized.The current status of domestic and international research on monitoring,calculation and measurement of capacitance current is elaborated and analyzed,and the framework and contents of this paper are proposed.(2)According to the business process of distribution network operation and management of the author's unit,the core functions of the software platform are analyzed,including distribution network basic information management,distribution network topology management,data collection and capacitance current calculation management,distribution network equipment rating and alarm management,query and statistics management,and system management.Then a detailed analysis of the feasibility of software development is launched.(3)According to the requirement analysis of the software,the overall functional structure and overall network structure of the software platform are designed,and the functional structure schematic and network topology diagram of the software are given;the software functions developed in this paper mainly include six major parts,and the specific design content and flow chart of the functional modules are given;the database of the software is designed in detail,and the system E-R diagram and data table are given.(4)According to the requirement analysis and design plan,this paper selects Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as the software development environment,and adopts B/S architecture,J2 EE platform technology and SSH architecture and Java programming language for software function and interface development.After the software development was completed,the author built a set of simulation test platform within the power supply company,tested and tried out the software functions by writing test cases,pointed out the problems of the software and obtained improvement opinions,and improved and perfected the software again to meet the actual needs of the power supply company.
