The technology of grounding monitoring for power line is one of the key technologies to prevent power line to work with grounding lines. This paper presents a real-time monitoring device, which can effectively monitor the grounding situation of power lines.The artical analyze the parameters of the components required by the device and then decide the model of them. Then, a real device is achieved. In order to confirm the feasibility of the device, several methods have been taken in this paper.First, the resistance and inductance parameters of the main lines are analyzed in this paper, and the relevant mathematical model is also established. What we did theoretically analyzes the feasibility of the device.Second,the feasibility of the principle of the device designed in this paper is further confirmed through laboratory simulation experiments.Third, the on-site measurements of the power line were also carried out in order to know more about the actual situation of the power line. And the measurements data was analyzed through digital filtering analysis and so on. After the analysis, we found the interference of the power line is mainly consisted of the component of50Hz and its strength is related to the voltage level of the power line, the environment, the operating ways and other factors. This is just as our primary imagination. To ensure it work correctly,50Hz interference signals must be filtered.Finally,the system consists of ground detection subsystem, the data transmission subsystem and monitoring subsystem. The method have used in the substation of220kV on the west of ShiJiazhuang,the consequence show that the scheme intended reasonable,operating reliable and come to the expect target.
