Software Design And Development Of DCS Control Station Based On VxWorks

DCS,also known as distributed control system,is a modern system of information management and process control,which is combined with graphical display technology,control technology,computer technology,communications technology technology.A very important part in the distributed control system is the DCS control station,which is controlled directly facing the industrial site,having the important task of industrial data acquisition and output,logic operations,data backup and data communications,so for the whole system reliability,timeliness and stability,the control station is very important.Firstly,the article describes an overview of distributed control systems,and the functional requirements of the various parts of distributed control systems,taking into account the requirements of real-time control station,use VxWorks system as a control station software operating system,and introduces the VxWorks system configuration.In the implementation process station function,this article focuses on the basic control functions,openness and reliability of the three aspects of the software design and development,in the software design of the basic control functions,achieve data collection and output functions,logic functions,specific upper and lower data exchange functions.Through the system in a building automation monitoring system to verify the correctness and feasibility of the various parts of the control station design to meet the actual control needs.In the open software design,we developed based on Modbus protocol communications client and server to meet the communications needs of third-party devices.In the end,for in the case of some failures,achieve the design of redundancy standby switch,to ensure system reliability.
